Spring Break 2010
We took a quick trip to the beach on Wednesday of Spring Break along with some family and friends. The water was freezing, which of course didn't stop the kids, and the sun was beautiful!

Happy Birthday, Brady

Brady celebrated his 8th birthday on Sunday afternoon at our house. We had a party with grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Brady, Brynne, Conner, Peyton, Emory and Allie (Amy was at home sick...we missed you Amy)

Even though we had Brady's party on Sunday, his birthday was actually on Monday, April 12. So, since Katy, Aubry and Lydia were not here for the party, we celebrated again on Monday night after they arrived in town for Spring Break. Good thing we had some leftover cake!!

This was the real cake....the one for the party.

Happy Birthday, Brady!!!!

Easter 2010 was a great weekend for our family. We started out the weekend by going to Granny Kelley's 85th birthday celebration on Saturday for lunch. We then headed out to the church egg hunt and had a fun time.

(I guess Peyton thinks he has outgrown the cousin pictures!)
On Sunday, Hubble and I sang in the choir as we presented our cantata "My Reedemer Lives."
It was a very moving presentation of what Jesus did for us. After church, we headed to Enterprise to celebrate with the Kelleys and then back to Andalusia to celebrate with the Garners (we missed Katy, Aubry and Lydia this year, but are looking forward to seeing them Spring Break).

Brynne, Dylan, Conner, Brady and Jackson

With both boys playing baseball this year, I don't need to tell you that we feel like we live at the ballpark. We have been practicing since the beginning of March - Conner on Monday and Thursday nights and Brady on Tuesday and Friday nights. Our games will be the same, so our weeks will be busy. But I am choosing to take the advice of my Aunt Donna and enjoy watching them and being busy with them because they are growing up oh so fast!

Brady is once again on the Sandgnats. He has great coaches and great teammates!

Conner is playing baseball for the first time this year. He is on the Phillies and so far....so good! He is learning alot and enjoying himself.

PLAY BALL!!!

We have a new family member!

"Toby Sowards"
Two weeks ago we added a new member to the Sowards family. Micah and Kelley's dog, Molly, had puppies and we were lucky enough to be able to bring one home!
